How it works
Simply copy and paste a short snippet of javascript into your web page's source code. This will cause a “Live Chat Online” button to appear when the page is loaded. The code also notifies you, (through the operator’s panel), when you have a visitor on your site.
Here are the three easy steps to enable live chat software on your site.
Activation Steps
Sign Up for LiveSupportSaaS
The first step to setting up your website for live chat is to sign up for LiveSupportSaaS and confirm account credentials in the received email.
Log in and find javascript code
After you confirm your account creation, log in and go to Administration > Chat button javascript code. Here, you will find a small piece of javascript snippet to copy and paste into your website pages.
Update your website page(s)
Place this code anywhere on the web page(s) within the HTML body tags using your favorite web publishing tool or Content Management System: header, right side, or footer. After that, upload this pages to your web server.
Now that the javascript snippet is placed on your website pages, a small button will appear that allows visitors to click on it and begin a live chat. With LiveSupportSaaS opened, go to your own web page, and you will see your own IP address appear within the console.
